Ylläshumina Log Cabin Hotel is a simple yet comfortable family-run hotel in the village of Äkäslompolo, Lapland. It has been uniquely designed with rooms being spread across 16 individual cabins that surround the main reception and restaurant building all within minutes walking distance from each other.
The hotel offers more spacious accommodation in its apartments and the newly built superior rooms which boast a two-way fire place that divides the living and sleeping areas. With all rooms and apartments being built from traditional log wood and other natural materials that have been locally sourced, this hotel creates a true Scandinavian, festive ambiance.
