The nostalgic picture of Christmas is a toasty warm cabin complete with roaring fire tucked away in the snowy forest. Outside the occasional paw print is left by passing reindeer and the cabin guarded by a snowman you built earlier in the day.
Highly recommended, idyllic, high-quality modern log cabins, romantically dotted around the woods. Excellent cross-country skiing starts from the door. (All cabins vary in appearance and may be round or flat log or adjoin another cabin). Cabins are located 2-10 minutes walk (250-900m) to the nearest ski bus stop and from one of either the Äkäs Hotel or Kaltio Hotel.

One bedroom plus mezzanine area
One bedroom cabins are around 45m² with a 10m² mezzanine. They can sleep 2 - 4 people, with one twin bedroom downstairs and two mattress beds on the mezzanine. These cabins have an open-plan living room/kitchenette. Cabins that sleep up to five people, with a third bed on the mezzanine are also available.

Two bedroom cabins are about 57m² and can sleep 3 - 6 people. The cabins have two twin bedrooms. Groups of 5-6 people will be allocated a cabin with a mezzanine (about 20m²) with two extra beds. Groups of 1-4 people may be allocated a cabin without a mezzanine.
