Food and Drink - Half Board Included
When you arrive at the hotel, you'll be welcomed with a buffet lunch which includes soup, sandwiches, biscuits, tea, and coffee. Then it's time to enjoy your first day in the Arctic, before your Wilderness Dinner.
The hotel restaurant, Restaurant Kaunis, is where you'll be having a buffet breakfast and a 3-course buffet dinner. There's both traditional Finnish dishes and modern cuisines available here, as well as options for the kids. The floor to ceiling windows surround the restaurant so you have every opportunity to look out at the snowy wilderness. The bar is just next to it and is a cosy place to relax with a drink.
On your Search for Santa Day a 2-course buffet lunch is included, and plenty of hot berry juice to keep you warm.
Sauna and Hot Tub
The hotel has two saunas and a hot tub which can be booked for private sessions only. They have large scenic windows to check out the landscape - there’s barely a spot where you don’t feel part of the magic outside.
The larger sauna can fit up to 8 people and there's a terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The smaller sauna is perfect for 1-4 people.

Location
It’s approximately 1.5km from the main village in Saariselkä. The best way to get to the village is a 40-minute walk on the snowy path and taxi back uphill.
The pickup for all activities and transfers is from the hotel.
