The person who i spoke to kept in contact regularly, each time I changed the booking she found me new quotes within a day, she also checked availability when i made my final change and informed me there was only 7 spaces left and I needed 5, so offered to ring me at 9am to book so we didnt miss the opportunity. Outstanding Customer Service
Although I don't generally complete reviews, I consider that the service received from Santa Claus Trips was truely outstanding and deserves a mention. The agent (Jane) went above and beyond to explain the booking process. She was friendly, informative and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It goes to show that good Customer Service can be achieved by employing the right people. Jane is an asset to Santa Claus Trips. I only wish other companies would realise that good Customer Service is paramount. Thank you, Jane for all your help and patience. We are looking forward to our trip next year,...
