Relax in the toasty sauna or steam room, soak in the bubbling jacuzzi, or take a brisk dip in the cold plunge pool if you're feeling brave. For an extra dose of pampering, treat yourself to a massage or beauty treatment, or unwind in the tranquil salt room and infrared sauna (available for a small local fee). There’s also a gym on site to help you stay energised for more snowy adventures.
Accommodation at the Crazy Reindeer is simple, comfortable, and perfect for a restful night. Choose from rooms with private saunas, balconies, or spacious family duplexes that sleep up to five guests. Rooms are spread across three buildings, all within a short snowy stroll (around 150 metres) from the main hotel. All are equipped with the essentials — including Wi-Fi — and some offer magical extras, like a private sauna or balcony. Ideal for keeping watch - was that the sound of sleigh bells? A flicker of red light in the sky? Could it be Rudolph, guiding Santa’s way?

A hot and cold buffet breakfast is available each morning (Weekdays 7.30-10am and weekends 7.30-10.30am).
Each evening you can enjoy a buffet-style three-course dinner, which is taken in the 'Taivas' Sky Restaurant. There is a wide choice of food available and this is usually open between 5pm - 8pm.
A Festive Feast, a Christmas celebration meal with games and music, is included on the final night of your holiday. Please note that the Festive Feast will replace your last half-board dinner.
The hotel has four à la carte restaurants in the resort of Levi, where guests receive a 20% discount on a 3-course meal or a 10% discount for children. Guests should inform reception the night before that they will not be eating the normal half board dinner. These restaurants are:

Room Types
Crazy reindeer twin rooms
They are around 20m², sleeping 2-3 people. These rooms have twin beds, an additional single fold-out armchair bed, and a walk-in shower. Crazy Reindeer rooms are located in a separate building 150 metres from the main reception building.
Flying reindeer twin rooms
They are around 22m² and sleep 2-3 people. These rooms have twin beds, with the third bed being a single fold-out armchair or roll-away bed, and a bathtub, shower, and a balcony. Flying Reindeer rooms are located in the main reception building. These rooms are also available for sole occupancy.
White reindeer twin rooms
They are around 24m² and sleep 2-3 people. These rooms have twin beds - the third bed is a single fold-out armchair bed and a sauna. Located on the second floor of the main building, which is adjacent to the reception building and can be reached by an internal connection.
Family duplex rooms
They are around 32+12m² and sleep 2-5 people. These rooms have twin beds in the living area, an additional fold-out armchair bed, twin beds in the mezzanine with a sloping roof, an en-suite sauna, a shower, and a balcony. The rooms are located in a separate accommodation building, approximately 150 metres from the main building and reception.
Family suites
They are around 47+30m² and sleep up to 5 adults and 2 children. The Family Suite is made up of a small double bedroom (120cm bed, suitable for one adult or two children), a twin bedroom, and twin beds in the mezzanine. There are two single sofa beds in the open-plan living area and kitchenette, two showers, two WC's, a drying closet, and a sauna. The room is located in a separate building with a connecting corridor to the main building.
Each room must have an adult booked, children are not allowed to stay in a room without being accompanied by an adult. All beds are twin beds that may be pushed together.
