As Levi’s flagship hotel, it boasts an incredible range of family-friendly facilities. Included with your stay is access to the Spa Water World – a true winter haven featuring 17 indoor and outdoor pools, thrilling waterslides, and nine inviting saunas and steam rooms. It’s the perfect place to unwind and warm up after a day exploring the Arctic.
After visiting Santa’s enchanting secret hideaway, younger guests can keep the festive spirit alive in the action-packed play area. From ball pits and climbing frames to console games and a trove of toys, there’s no end to the excitement. They can even build an igloo, dive into a foam pit, or enjoy a friendly snowball fight in true Lapland style.
Meanwhile, grown-ups can head to The GAME Bar – a lively hub of festive fun. Challenge one of Santa’s elves to a round of darts, show off your skills at shuffleboard, or try your hand at vintage pinball machines. It’s the perfect place to kick back, toast the season, and make holiday memories that will last a lifetime.

There are adapted family rooms located in the Sammal building. The Levi Hotel Spa has six rooms suitable for wheelchairs on request. Lift access only applies to superior rooms and Junior suites. There is no lift access to standard twin rooms or to family rooms. All rooms are located in annex buildings away from the main Levi Spa Hotel and Design Hotel reception building and involve walking outside to access. Please give our Reservations team a call to enquire about adapted rooms and whether this property meets your needs.

The Levi Hotel Spa is on a half-board basis.
Each day fuel up for the day at the breakfast buffet served at the Kekäle restaurant, where you'll have the choice of a variety of hot and cold options, including traditional Lappish dishes and the standard continental offering.
Dinner is served buffet style until 8pm, which includes a choice of starter, main and dessert produced with season ingredients. Alternatively you can choose to dine à la carte and receive a €10 per adult or €5 per child, credit towards the meal.
A Festive Feast, a Christmas celebration meal with games and music, is included on the final night of your holiday. Please note that the Festive Feast will replace your last half-board dinner.
There is a variety of restaurants on site, including Kekäle which serves fine dining Nordic dishes, Classic Pizza Restaurant and Burger King. These are not included within the package, but are great options if you fancy treating yourself to a meal out or want a quick lunch.

Rooms
Standard double rooms
They are 20m² and sleep two people. These rooms have a double bed.
Standard family rooms
They are around 20 - 25m² and sleep two to five people. These rooms have twin beds in the main bedroom, and bunk beds in a separate alcove; a 5th rollaway bed is possible.
Superior family rooms
They are around 29m² and sleep two adults and two children. These rooms have a double bed and additional beds for two children. The spacious rooms have been newly renovated and connect internally to the spa building (bathrobe and slippers included for adults).
Junior suites
They are around 44m² and sleep up to 4 people. These rooms have a twin bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a sauna. They are located in the same building as the Superior Family Rooms which connect internally to the spa building (bathrobe and slippers included for adults).
Family Sammal suites
They are around 64m² and sleep two adults and two children. These rooms have a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed suitable for two children, as well as a balcony and sauna.
Interconnecting rooms are available on request, please give our Reservations team a call to book these. Family Standard Room can be interconnected with Family Sammal Suites and Junior Suite can be interconnected with Superior Rooms.
Annexes
All rooms are located about 150-250 metres from the main reception and restaurant building, which is not interconnected. Superior rooms and Junior Suites can be connected internally to the 'Spa Water World' building. Some rooms may overlook the car park.
Standard and Standard Family rooms are not in the same building as the Superior rooms and Junior Suites, they are located in the Keimio, Pulju or Korsa buildings. Family Suites are located in the Sammal building.
