I have been in travel for 11 years; I started my career off as a sales agent and then moving onwards to Sales Manager.
I have been with the company for the full 11 years of my travel career, starting in the cruise team (another leading brand within the company) for the first 6 years and then transitioning to Santa Claus Trips in 2020. now having been in the department for the past 5 years.
I love the product and the concept of the brand, we offer a vast array of Lapland/Winter holidays, and everything is taken care of from enquiry stage, to booking process to travel.
Our team pride ourselves on firsthand Lapland knowledge and experience - within the team there’s not a trip we haven’t covered.

I have since focused my expertise on Lapland trips specifically, taking great pride in providing the best service possible for every single one of my valued customers. I made the decision to step into the magical world of Lapland as I fell totally in love with the breathtaking scenery that surrounds it. No matter what age you are, you too will be astounded by the mesmerising backdrops that welcome and excite you at every turn. Hi, my name is Kira, and I joined the team of Lapland Experts earlier this year. This is my first jump into the travel industry and what better role than specialising in Lapland Holidays!
From a young age, I have loved every ounce of Christmas, and the idea of Lapland has always been a dream to me; meeting Santa, the reindeers, seeing all the elves and what they have been
busy doing ahead of the big day. The range of Snow Activities that are so unique to Lapland is what makes me love this place the most. It's a place that can hold so many memories and the trips to Lapland can continue for generations.
I love the concept that these are once in a lifetime trips and the joy it brings to families with young children and the amazing memories, I know Lapland will hold in their lives forever, this is what makes my job worth it!
