It’s easy to enjoy your stay at our hotel! You can choose from traditional hotel rooms and comfortable apartments. The hotel’s room selection is extensive and caters for all needs. Whether you like a room with a view of the slopes, a sauna or a cosy balcony, you can choose just the one that suits you.
The apartments are located only a 350-metre walk from the hotel, next to the Kelorinne lower ski-lift station and cross-country ski tracks. The apartments have everything you need for a good night’s sleep and a relaxed stay, such as private sauna, kitchenette, basic tableware, microwave oven and a drying cabinet for clothes. Some apartments also have a dishwasher, oven or multi-purpose oven.
You can feast in the restaurants from lunch to dinner, and the bar serves refreshing drinks until the early hours. The most spectacular after ski terrace in the area is also on the hotel premises, and so is a popular nightclub and live restaurant, which offers performance by Finnish top artists, pArcticularly in the winter season.
The hotel’s sauna offers relaxing moments in the mornings as well as evenings. You can also indulge yourself with a drink in the stylish lobby bar. There’s a children’s play area for playing, drawing and reading.
There are regular bus routes between Ruka village and the centre of Kuusamo. SkiBus operates a service in the winter and Karhunkierrosbussi in the summer.
Ruka’s varied services and activities are within easy access of the hotel. The slopes and lifts of the ski resort are in front of the hotel and the apartments. You can ski in and ski out. Versatile, lit cross-country ski tracks leading into varied terrain start from in front of the hotel apartments. In addition to the legendary Karhunkierros trail, the fells offer many different trekking and hiking routes.
Additional services in the area, such as a ski rental shop, shopping centre, bowling alley and yoga studio, are located next to the hotel.

This place serves breakfast during the winter season, and hosts dinners for special occasions. Plus, if you're booked on Half Board then a dinner is served here, during the winter season, too.

There are drinks and light bites on offer all day.
Kaltiokivi restaurant*
There's a big buffet spread on offer for breakfast. Just so you know, breakfast is served at the Rukahovi restaurant during the winter season.

Evening entertainment is offered at Ihku apres-ski terrace and bar. It has a slope bar, karaoke, plus a nightclub with live performers. The slope bar is open daily, during the winter season.
