Holly has been part of the Santa Claus Trips team for three years, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the travel industry. She has visited Lapland four times and enjoyed resorts like Karesuando and Pyha.
Holly looks after customers from the very first point of enquiry right through to securing the booking, making sure every detail is in place along the way. The part she loves most? Finding a family their perfect trip and bringing it to life on the call. "I hear the excitement over the phone and I can't help but get excited too," she says.

Enjoy every single second Be present, be excited, and embrace every part of the experience.
Take plenty of pictures These memories will last a lifetime. Take pictures of everything from the landscapes, the activities but most importantly, the faces of your children when the magic hits. You will look back on these photos for years to come!

She has visited Lapland four times including day trips and overnight stays but Snow Is Falling was her favourite. "The most magical experience and time ever," she says. Fantastic food, brilliant resort staff, and a trip that ran seamlessly from start to finish. It set the bar even higher — which is saying something.
