Fantastic booking experience.
Unbelievably simple and speedy booking experience. Holly found accommodation which suited our needs, after me searching for days and speaking to other companies. The whole experience was fantastic. Really looking forward to going on our family trip to Lapland, all organised by Holly - plus the price was extremely competitive.

Misleading paperwork
Excellent service, able to answer all my queries
One issue, I was advised that 3 months validity was required for passports on return. Paperwork stated 6. Government website states 3. When I called to question the Paperwork I was advised 3mths, and paperwork is generic.

The lady that I spoke to was a huge help and I feel very confident that she found the best deal possible for us. I also booked our trip 4 years ago with the same lady and she’s just been a pleasure to deal with.
