Layer up... then layer again! Wearing the right layers underneath your thermal suit and boots makes an enormous difference to how warm and comfortable you feel during outdoor activities. Don't just rely on the outer layers, build a proper base underneath and you'll thank yourself every time you step outside. It sounds obvious, but it's genuinely useful!
