Upon arrival at Rovaniemi you will be met by your tour guide who will look after you on your transfer to Luosto. Luosto, a small ski resort, sits above the Arctic circle within the perimeter of the Pyhä-Luosto National Park. It is an area of outstanding beauty and the perfect base for Santa who can access all corners of the globe on Christmas Eve from here.

During the transfer you will stop off to collect your thermal suits and boots before arriving at the resort and getting acquainted with your accommodation. Once you have settled in, you can maybe try some tobogganing or enjoy a stroll in the snow before a relaxing welcome dinner. After dinner, if you wish, you can explore the area or relax at your accommodation in anticipation of the adventure to come.

Day 2

After a tasty buffet breakfast, it’s time to board the coach and go in search of Santa. On your first full day, you will travel to a secret location, where you will begin your search and gather clues. Perhaps you will visit Santa’ Magical Post Office where the elves will be working really hard with the last-minute mail to Santa. Who else will you see while you are here?

After a hot lunch you will continue with your search in top secret locations with plenty of activities to keep you busy. Isn’t this the best Christmas Eve ever?

Day 3

Merry Christmas one and all! How exciting to spend Christmas Day in Santa’s beautiful homeland! Last night Santa will have travelled the globe delivering presents so you will be hoping to find him relaxing at home after his busy night however, you still need to find his magical home! Have you been collecting the clues to help you find him? Will Noisy Nod, Tricky Dicky or Speedy Sam provide the final clue to Santa’s hideaway?

With the help of the animals, some powerful snowmobiles and the all-knowing elves surely today will be the day? How magical and how lucky would you be to find Santa on Christmas Day! Children will be awestruck when they finally meet Santa in his unique home hidden deep in the forest – and maybe Mrs Claus will make an appearance too!

Christmas lunch will take place at one of the outdoor locations and you will enjoy a festive Christmas spread this evening to celebrate the best day of the year.

Day 4

Boxing day in Lapland is traditionally a day of rest for the locals however there will be plenty of fun to be had following a short shuttle transfer to an activity area where you will find Santa’s Elves ready for some snow fun with the children! You will have the chance to drive a snowmobile and meet the reindeer. A hot lunch will be served nearby when you will have some time to recharge your batteries before carrying on with your fun day. It has been said that there is no better snow than that found in Lapland, and we can confirm this is true!

Once back at your resort you could enjoy a sauna or relax with a drink at the welcoming Luostonhovi Bar and restaurant before a tasty buffet dinner on this, your final evening in Lapland.

Day 5

Waking up in Lapland is one of the nicest feelings ever, you can’t escape its magic. On this, your last day, you may feel a little sad about having to leave behind this magical place and the wonderful elves who have helped make your trip so special, but just think of all those special memories you will be taking home to tell your family and friends about.

This morning, following a hearty breakfast, you can enjoy the resort facilities and if you are feeling adventurous you could even try some skiing or snowboarding (fee payable locally for additional activities) or why not head to the tobogganing slope for a real adrenaline rush?

Lunch will be provided in Luosto before you bid farewell to your new friends Snowy Bowy, Noisy Nod, Wendy Wood, Speedy Sam and the unforgettable Tricky Dicky and board the coach for your transfer to Rovaniemi.
