Along with the resorts of Muonio and Olos, Pallas represents the heart of the northern fell region of Lapland which is situated far above the Arctic Circle within the Pallastunturi region. This region represents a group of seven fells which span the municipalities of Muonio and Enontekio Compared to other more populated resorts in Lapland, Pallas offers a more relaxed setting. The region experiences the longest snow season in of all Finland. Its vast national park is Finland’s third largest and the air quality is as clean and pure as can be.
